I am a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience spanning software engineering leadership, architecture consulting, and sales enablement. Since beginning my career in 1998, I have operated at the intersection of business and customer data for global consulting leaders, including IBM Interactive, TCS, Wipro, Digitas, and Serco Consulting. This journey has allowed me to shape the technical strategies of some of the UK’s most iconic brands—including Argos/Homebase, the NHS, Waitrose, HP, Unilever, Kraft Foods, Norwich Union, the BBC, and Essity, to name a few.
Today, I translate that enterprise-grade pedigree into exclusive technology advisory for data-centric startups and SMBs.
My approach is strictly strategic and high-level. I do not provide hands-on implementation or “solutioning.” Instead, I act as a fractional CTO and strategic partner to founding teams and CMOs of scaling companies—empowering them to navigate complex technical hurdles, vet their architecture, and scale their vision without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive hire.
